Shipping Policy

Your item(s) will be processed in the order in which they were received, Processing typically takes 1-3 days this does not include actual time in the mail. Collars by Tanya will not be held responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen items once they have been shipped.

Return Policy

Your happiness is our goal so if something is physically wrong with the item upon receiving it, we will be more than happy to replace it with proof. I do not offer exchanges, replacements or returns for any reason other than a mistake on my part in the creation of the item. You can exchange for store credit and we will put that amount towards something else in our shop once we received the item back in good condition. We will not accept any returns or exchanges 14 days after item has been sold. Buyer is responsible for return postages and all fees associated with returning the items. PLEASE NOTE we will not accept exchanges or returns on items that are custom made or on sale.
